10 NEW ELECTRIC VEHICLES COMING IN 2022

Electric vehicles will displace internal combustion engines in the next years, from major automakers to brand-new startups. Let's look at 11 new electric cars that will be on the market in 2022 as many automakers are rushing to make promises of additional models, from cars to trucks, to ensure that everyone has a choice. You'll be pleasantly surprised with the final vehicle on our list. Let's get to the point.

NO 10. The Audi a6 e-Tron

The a6 e-Tron was presented this year at Audi Shanghai, and it's anticipated to go on sale by the end of 2022. The a6e Tron, also known as the premium platform electric architecture, will be the first car constructed on the new modular electric platform that Audi and Porsche designed.

For different electric vehicle models, the modular electric platform may be stretched, raised, and broadened. The all-wheel drive A6 e-Tron concept has two electric motors that produce a combined 469 horsepower. This large vehicle would have a range of up to 400 miles on a single charge and its electric platform will support fast charging at 800 volts.

NO 9 . BMW IX

Early in 2022, BMW will release its new flagship electric SUV, which will have high-end trim and cutting-edge technology. The ix is unlike any other car we have seen before; with its large grille, floating touch screen, and squared-off steering wheel, it has to polarize the new BMW style. Additionally, this brand-new beauty has two electric motors that have a combined 500 horsepower and all-wheel drive capacity. It can sprint from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under 5 seconds and has a range of 300 miles on a single charge. It can add 75 miles to its range in only 10 minutes because to its 200-kilowatt DC rapid charging capacity.

NO 8. Cadillac lyric

With its lyric model, which will go on sale in early 2022, Cadillac is just months away from becoming a leading name in electric vehicles. The lyric will be constructed on a General Motors modular platform and will be offered in single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive versions. The automaker claims that the lyric will be produced in Spring Hill, Tennessee, alongside other General Motors electric vehicles. According to Cadillac, it will have roughly 340 horsepower and a driving range of more than 300 miles. As with the next General Motors Hummer pickup, we'll also make advantage of the company's most scalable battery design. According to Cadillac, the vehicle will be available with a 100-kilowatt battery to accommodate a 190-kilowatt motor.

NO 7 . Ford F-150

Ford opted to electrify the Ford F-150 pickup truck since it has been the best-selling automobile in the US for almost 40 years. A dual-motor vehicle with 563 horsepower will be available in the F-150 Lightning, which will go on sale in the spring of 2022. According to Ford, this truck can reach 60 mph in between three and four seconds. For the F-150 Lightning, there are two battery options that can extend range by 300 miles for dual-motor all-wheel drive versions and 230 miles for rear-drive trucks. 775 pound-feet of torque will be present in both variants, which is 205 pound-feet more than the power boost hybrid v6. Some benefits result from the electrification of the standard F-150 to the lightning. One advantage of driving an electric vehicle is the spacious front trunk, which can accommodate two sets of golf equipment. Additionally, the F-150 Lightning features a 10,000-pound towing capability and a 2,000-pound payload capacity with the extended range.

NO  6 Mercedes-Benz  EQA

The EQ family refers to Mercedes-Benz's electric product range. The EQA, which was unveiled earlier this year in Europe's spec form in euros, is the company's smallest electric compact SUV. The EQA variant offers 277 pound-feet of torque and 187 horsepower. Mercedes-Benz predicted the EQA will be able to go up to 250 miles on a single charge in the US and feature all-wheel drive with about 280 horsepower.

NO  5 Mercedes-Benz EQB

The EQB is based on the GLB-class SUV and features superb stylistic elements and lighting highlights. China will be the first country to provide the electric car, with other nations following later. The carmaker claims that the EQB will feature up to seven seats and an optional third row, although the UQB is more suitable for two rows due to its size. The EQB will be offered in two configurations: all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive, and both will have at least 221 horsepower and at least 250 miles of range on a single charge. Up to 100 kilowatts of DC fast charging are compatible with the EQB.

NO 4. Rivien R1S

The new car company Rivien is also producing an electric SUV, the R1, which will go on sale in early 2022, in addition to the electric truck, the RT-1, which will be available later this year. With a 14-inch ground clearance that can be reduced by nearly six inches when parked and a three-foot forwarding depth, the r1s luxury SUV prioritizes off-road prowess like its sister, the r1t. The r1s is an all-wheel-drive vehicle with four electric motors that can reach 60 miles per hour in as little as three seconds and has a range of 300 miles on a single charge. Compared to the R1T's 5-person capacity, the R1S can tow 7,716 pounds and accommodate up to seven passengers. According to Vivian, the r1s will come with a basic driver assistance system that includes 11 cameras, 5 radar sensors, and 12 ultrasonic sensors. In some situations, the technology will also provide hands-free driving.

NO 3  Tesla cyber truck pickup

Tesla's lifestyle pickup is anticipated to maintain the concept's divisive trapezoidal appearance, stainless steel body, and Blade Runner-inspired shape. According to Tesla, the crew cab truck will debut in the first half of 2022 and have three different engine configurations. The rear-wheel drive model will have a range of 250 kilometers. The all-wheel drive version of the dual-motor vehicle will have a range of 300 miles, while the all-wheel drive vehicle with three motors will have a range of 500 miles. With a payload capacity of up to 3,500 pounds and a toy capacity of up to 14,000 pounds, the three-motor all-wheel drive will be able to go from zero to 60 miles per hour in 2.9 seconds.Along with four-wheel steering, the cyber truck has a 6.5-foot bed with a retractable cover. Its proportions are comparable to the Ford F-150, the market leader, and its stainless steel uni body makes it a fascinating possible addition to the oncoming flood of electric pickup trucks. Within days of its debut, more than 200 000 customers have already deposited the cyber truck, according to Elon Musk.

NO 2 Tesla Roadster

Auto racing With a 200-kilowatt battery and a thruster, Tesla's new Roadster can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 1.9 seconds, complete a quarter-mile in 8.8 seconds, reach a top speed of 250 mph, and have a range of 620 miles on a single charge with all-wheel drive. The super car specs were astounding. In 2022, buyers will be able to acquire the two-door super car.

NO 1 Toyota BZ 4X

Before 2025, Toyota committed to release a fleet of new electric cars, seven of which would have the model designation BZ. The bz4x is the first electric car to come off the Toyota BZ line, and it offers a glimpse into what Toyota's future in electric mobility may entail. Although the company hasn't mentioned the range or charging speed, this little SUV is quite similar to the Toyota Rav4 electric vehicle. However, they did inform us that it will make use of the etnga platform developed as a result of Toyota's collaboration with Subaru. Single-motor front- or rear-wheel drive systems as well as dual-motor all-wheel drive variants are both supported by the platform.
